A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 38] The Defendant, around May 2014, conspired to collect living expenses by stealing property located on another person’s vehicle in order to fall from living expenses during the process of running the Internet game together with C, which he/she became aware of while running the Internet game, and in combination with C:

1. Accessing a victim F-owned G vehicle parked in the E parking lot located in the Gu and Si/Gun from around 00:00 to 04:00 on June 19, 2014, and C, upon confirming that the above vehicle door is not corrected, the Defendant: (a) opened the above vehicle door after confirming that the above vehicle door is not corrected; and (b) took a new card and a cash 100,000 won in the victim’s market price located in the above vehicle; and (c) cut off with the victim’s new card and 10,000 won in cash

2. On June 30, 2014, from around 00:00 to 04:00 on the same day, access to the victim H owned by the victim, parked in the vicinity of the city located in the Gu, and the vehicle text is not corrected. The Defendant: (a) opened the front door of the above vehicle; (b) enter the above vehicle; and (c) enter the vehicle into the said vehicle; (d) one copy of the cash owned by the victim, 17,000 won, 1 copy of the driver’s license, 1 copy of the vehicle; and (e) theft, with one copy of the vehicle in the said vehicle;

3. On July 7, 2014, from around 00:00 to 04:00 on the same day, access to a vehicle of KRW 1,00,000 by the victim L owned by the victim, parked on the street behind the K Hospital located in the Gu-U.S.J, and confirmed that the above vehicle’s door was not corrected, C shall open the front door of the above vehicle, and C shall open the front door of the above vehicle and enter the said vehicle into the said vehicle, and drive the vehicle with the vehicle’s starting operation using the vehicle’s heat located in the said vehicle’s key stuff, and steals the vehicle;

4. On July 12, 2014, from around 05:00 to 06:00 on the same day, the victim P was found to have set up a cell phone in the Obaton located in N in Jeonnam-gun, Namnam-gun, and C was able to find out that the victim P was set up with a cell phone in the head, and C was able to report the network around the victim, and the Defendant had one cell phone in the amount of KRW 800,000,000 in the market
