A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. A thief or attempted thief;
A. On August 28, 2013, around 01:30 on August 28, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the F-strings and G Lone Star car doors managed by the victim E are not corrected, and attempted to open the front door of the said passenger car and enter the inner door, but did not bring about any goods, and did not perform such intent.
B. On August 27, 2013, from around 22:30 to around 05:00 on August 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one credit card owned by the victim, which was parked in the direction of “I” store located in Sacheon-si H; and (b) the Defendant committed a theft with one credit card owned by the victim, which was kept in custody in K Benuu or a car.
C. On September 8, 2013, from around 21:00 to the next day 02:00 on the following day, the Defendant stolen the said vehicle by opening a door door of the Nclock Vehicle that the victim M parked in the front of the Lacheon City in a state where the victim M did not correct the vehicle door at the time of Sacheon City.
On May 18, 2014, at around 20:25, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the Runsta car owned by the victim Q Q, which was parked without being corrected in the front parking lot of “P” located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si; and (b) stolen the Defendant, holding one copy of the Agricultural CFC card owned by the victim, which is located in the front custody of the Chief CF.
E. On August 8, 2014, around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) stolen a victim’s VM3 car owned by the victim U on the “TF parking lot” located in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in S in the manner of getting on and off the vehicle using a spare key.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 02:13, at the convenience store located in Sacheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) above 1-B.
The new credit card, which was stolen from J, is the one of its own credit cards, by deceiving the victim to point of convenience as if it were one of its own credit cards, and at the same time 2,700 won in its place.
