A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, on March 7, 2014, the Defendant, who operated a thief, was kept in custody of the number plate attached to the back of the Drocketing car car owned by the said company as an automobile tax in arrears, and stolen the F number plate attached to a vehicle installed by the victim E at a 4-lane parking lot located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, by cutting off and removing it.

2. On March 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, posted a stolen number plate as described in paragraph (1) on the back of the said car for the purpose of operating a rocketing car owned by the Co., Ltd.; and (b) operated the said car from the said place to the park of Jongno-gu 5-ro, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate as an air defense for the purpose of exercising, and exercised it.
