Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to commit a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapon, etc.) and expressed their intention to refuse to transfer possession to the G principal conference around 05:40 on July 26, 2013, but entered the G principal conference with 47 employees of the K, i.e., the security service business chain.
