Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A is a member of the F Religious Organization G D (S) religious organization in Gyeyang-gu E in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu.
On February 2, 2013, the Defendant prepared a written complaint for the purpose of having the above H receive criminal punishment at an insular area, which does not exceed Goyang-si.
A written complaint states that “The facts of the defendant defendant H, as a pastor of the above GIE, tried to sell the above GIE to others (the defendant) and did not intend to leave the above GIE even if he received money from the complainant. Nevertheless, around February 8, 2013, the Defendant submitted a false complaint to the public service center of the public prosecutor's office of the Goyang-gu's office located in the Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong 885 and rejected the above H.
