Defendant

A is the head of the Korean War Veterans Association of Korea, which is the F, and the defendant B is the new church and the defendant A's wife, and the defendant C and the defendant D respectively have newly entered the above church.

The Defendants conspired to prevent the victims from continuously performing their duties as the members of the G church in accordance with the procedures of the church law, in order to drive the victim H, who is the representative of the G church, from holding the said victim, and to become the members of the G church in order to become the members of the G church by themselves. On January 5, 2011 without the victim’s convening or convening a meeting, the Defendants voluntarily convened a joint council and delegated Defendant A with the next tasks to the said members of the G church. After October 31, 201, the court decided to take a provisional disposition to the effect that the above Defendants A, B, etc. shall not interfere with the victim’s performance of duties as the members of the G church or interfere with the entry of the church, etc., notwithstanding the provisional disposition decision to the effect that the above Defendants A, B, etc. shall not interfere with the victim’s performance of duties as the members of the G church.

On November 6, 2011, the Defendants: (a) controlled the victim’s access by using the correction device at the entrance of the church from around that time to April 2012, 201; (b) interfered with the victim’s business by force by preventing the victim’s access to the church; and (c) interfered with the victim’s business, such as the worship manager, as the victim’s leader, by blocking the victim’s right to leave the church; and (d) interfered with the victim’s business by force by preventing the victim’s access to the church.
