1. Of the judgment of the first instance, the costs of KRW 41,003,114 against the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s aforementioned costs from September 13, 2016 to January 15, 2021.

1. Basic facts

A. C entered into a fire risk guarantee contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with respect to the instant building, the Plaintiff and the owner of 502.38 square meters of coagum 1 sap from Kimcheon-si Drown-si Drone sand site, excreta and garbage treatment facilities (hereinafter “the instant building”). From October 7, 2015 to October 7, 2016, the insurance coverage period of the instant building was from October 16, 160 to October 7, 2016; and 127,061,200 won (part of the insurance price of 142,95,173 won).

B. On August 9, 2010, the Defendant leased to C the leased object of this case, which is part of the instant building, KRW 36,00,000,000,000,000 per month of rent (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”), as the trade name “E” (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”), and thereafter, used the leased object.

On May 28, 2016, at around 07:39, a fire occurred within the leased object of the instant building.
