Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while preparing for divorce with husband B, had the intention to change the car in the name of the Defendant by forging the power of the certificate of the seal impression and the certificate of the transfer of a motor vehicle under the name of the husband, with the intention of changing the car in the name of the Defendant.

1. At around 11:00 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated “B”, “D”, and “B” and “B” in the name of “B” and “B” in the name of “B” and “B” in the name of “B” and used the same in the name of “B” without authority to exercise the power at the Manyang-Eup Office located in Gwangjuyang-si, Mayang-si; (b) forged one letter of delegation under the name of B, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of B and duties; and (c) knowingly, the Defendant issued to the officials in charge of the said Eup/Myeon office a forged power of attorney as if he had duly formed a forged power of attorney as above.

At around 11:30 of the same day, the Defendant continued to forge and exercise the car transfer certificate, stating 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 102, 507, and 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', and 'B', 'B', 'B', 'B', and 'B', 'B', 'B', and 'B', 'B', and 'B', 'B', 'B', which is a private document related to the rights and obligations of the audience staff
