A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in the business of driving the Grandroth.

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the said van without obtaining a driver's license at around 00:15, and proceeded at a speed of about 60 km in the direction of the transformation station, along the two-lanes in the direction of the distance from the direction of the movement station to the speed of about 50 km in the direction of the city.
