A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 29, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court, and on March 21, 2011, a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the Busan District Court.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle in the CMF5 vehicle.

On November 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.064% from blood transfusion around 02:00 and continued three-lanes from the south-gu industry of Ulsan Metropolitan City to the remote distance of 404 new distance.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) Defendant 1 driven CM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.064% in blood alcohol level from the roads near the summer-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, to the same industry from the roads near the summer-do, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, to the roads adjacent to the same 404 Shin SM5 vehicle.
