A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 1992, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny in the Gwangju District Court's Maritime Branch, six months of imprisonment for night building intrusion larceny at the Incheon District Court's District Court on July 21, 1998, eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court's Incheon District Court on January 21, 200, ten months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Incheon District District Court on August 24, 2005, and one year and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court's Branch on December 28, 2007, and one year and four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court's Incheon District Court on August 13, 201, and one year of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court's District Court on January 4, 2017, and completed the enforcement of the sentence from the North Korean prison on November 15, 2017.

On January 25, 2019, from around 04:50 to 05:06 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one electric saw of approximately KRW 1200,000,00 in total of the market prices owned by the victim C; and (b) from around June 28, 2019, the Defendant committed a theft using the same method with the property of the victims totaling KRW 1,259,000,000 in total on four occasions, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes, from around June 28, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, but has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime.
