A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the purpose of larceny at night in Busan District Court, and 3 times of criminal records of the same kind.

The Defendant, who did not have a certain occupation, was able to steal money and valuables by entering a large number of unspecified points where the business was completed at night while having talked with the past in Busan City at night.

On August 14, 2016, around 03:20 on August 14, 2016, in front of the "E" of the operation of the Busan Southern-gu C Victim D, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance locking device by dracker (Gong) prepared by using a dracker's disorder; (b) intruded into the entrance; and (c) brought about 80,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the drack, and 40 times in the market price, where there was a plan for 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the drack.
