A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
When the Defendant came to know that he neglected to manage the keys of the credit cooperative within the location of the “Saeul E branch” and “Saul F branch” managed by the Defendant as a staff member of the security company D, the Defendant was able to steals money and valuables within the credit cooperative and suspended the entry and exit function of each of the above community credit cooperative security systems around 20:00 on August 16, 2013.
1. Crimes at the E branch of community credit cooperatives;
A. On August 17, 2013, at around 10:15, the Defendant: (a) stolen money and valuables from the victim H branch office in Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern-gu to the community credit cooperatives E branch offices managed by the heads of the victim H branch offices; and (b) accordingly, the Defendant opened the entrance of the community credit cooperatives and intruded the building managed by the victim by opening the entrance of the said community credit cooperatives as the keys that had been reproduced in advance using the gaps in
B. The Defendant, at the above date and at the same place, committed theft, holding an internal safe and cash 35,636,500 won and 508 unissued checks (the face value of a check cannot be used in excess of 523,00,000 won or all, and the value as a check is nonexistent).
2. Crimes at the F branches of community credit cooperatives;
A. On August 17, 2013, around 10:50 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen money and valuables at the F branch of a community credit cooperative, managed by the head of the victim J branch in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and accordingly, (b) opened the entrance door of the community credit cooperative and intruded on the structure managed by the victim.
B. The Defendant, at the above date and place, opened an internal safe and cash 39,094,000 won in cash and 337 unissued checks (the face value of a check shall not be used in excess of 385,40,000 won, and it shall not be worth as a check).
