A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:10 on May 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on May 16, 2019; (b) opened and kept cash on the side at the entrance of the restaurant; and (c) carried 60,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.

2. "Intrusion into, and larceny by, the 2019 Highest 194";

A. On April 21, 2019, at around 09:22, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the structure managed by the Victim F in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, by opening an entrance and opening a door with the key that had been reproduced in advance for the purpose of holding the victim F’s e-mail card passbook; and (b) intrusiond on the structure managed by the Victim F more than ten times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) from May 14, 2019 to May 11:48, 2019.

B. At around 10:53 on April 21, 2019, the Defendant cut off 190,000 won from the I deposit account (Account Number K) to May 14, 2019, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2), from 20 times in total, the sum of 8,840,000 won in cash administered by the victim I corporation and one of the I passbook owned by the victim I corporation (Account Number K).
