Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant first met with the victim C (n, 23 years of age) at the drinking house in Suwon-si transfer-si on the day of the introduction of her friendship, and the house of the Defendant is far away from the house, the bus in the house cannot be cut off, and the household was cut off from the her house, and she induced the victim by drinking at around 23:50 on the same day.

피고인은 위 모텔 객실에서 외투만 벗고 침대에 옆으로 누워 잠을 자려고 하는 피해자에게 다가가 브래지어를 풀고 옷 안으로 손을 넣어 왼쪽 가슴을 만지려 하고, 이에 놀란 피해자가 "왜 덮치려고 하냐, 지금 뭐하는 거야"라며 피고인의 뺨을 때리고 손으로 피고인을 밀치자, 피해자의 얼굴을 손바닥으로 3회 가량 때린 다음, 겁을 먹은 피해자가 모텔 방을 나가려고 하자 "이 씹할년아, 미친년아 너 어디가!"라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 침대 쪽으로 끌고 가면서 얼굴 부위를 손바닥으로 10회 가량 때리고, 피해자가 폭행을 모면하기 위해 씻고 오겠다며 화장실로 들어가자 화장실로 따라와 “뭘 씻어 미친년아!”라며 머리채를 잡고 화장실 밖으로 끌고 나와 다시 머리부위를 10회 가량 때려 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 경추염좌 등의 상해를 가하였다.
