1. Details of the disposition;

A. On September 4, 1989, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at the National University, a national university, and was in office as a professor at the Human University until he/she was dismissed on March 25, 2015 as follows.

B. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant requested a disciplinary committee for public educational officials of B University (hereinafter “Disciplinary Committee”) to take disciplinary action under Article 78(1)1 through 3 of the former State Public Officials Act (amended by Act No. 13288, May 18, 2015; hereinafter “former State Public Officials Act”) on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s violation of Article 56, 61, and 63 of the former State Public Officials Act (amended by Act No. 1328, May 18, 2015; hereinafter “former State Public Officials Act”) to impose disciplinary action under Article 78-2(1)1 of the former State Public Officials Act on the grounds that the Plaintiff is subject to disciplinary action under Article 78-2(1)1 of the former State Public Officials Act.

C. On March 23, 2015, the Disciplinary Committee did not make a decision on the dismissal of the instant disciplinary cause in a lump sum, and decided on dismissal by each of the following disciplinary causes: (a) the instant disciplinary cause constitutes a disciplinary action for each of the disciplinary causes; and (b) the Plaintiff should be subject to aggravated punishment for removal when taking into account the Plaintiff’s attitude, such as consistent reasoning, but (c) the Plaintiff finally made a decision on dismissal and four times the amount of disciplinary surcharge (the amount subject to disciplinary surcharge 1,844,00 won) on the ground that the Plaintiff has contributed to college education for 25 years.

Although the disciplinary committee decided to dismiss each of the grounds of disciplinary action of this case, the final decision of four times the disciplinary action of this case (the amount subject to the disciplinary action of this case 1,844,00 won) was made with respect to the grounds of disciplinary action of this case, and the defendant was only dismissed and four times the disciplinary action of this case (the amount subject to the disciplinary action of this case 1,844,00 won) to the plaintiff according to the final decision of the disciplinary committee
