Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant entered the KT Internet by using C’s resident registration number known to the Defendant’s house located in the Busan Northern-gu B apartment 101 Dong 202, and used it unlawfully.
