Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On August 18, 2008, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by purchasing Internet ADES ONL LY LY LY and TV VOD (bespatch) with the victim’s resident registration number (D) from Daegu-gu B apartment 106-207, Daegu-gu, 2008.
