Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

On August 3, 2015, the Defendant illegally used the victim's resident registration number by denying the victim's resident registration number without the victim C's consent when subscribing to the commercial aid insurance of B by telephone.
