A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 13, 2014, at around 03:25, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, assaulted “D” in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.A., and, at the same time, had the said club’s employees undergo a disturbance, such as raising trial expenses to customers, and had the said club go against the victim E (year 21). Accordingly, the Defendant is driving in a false manner as H, and the name and signature of H is written in the “statement” column of the protocol of interrogation of a suspect prepared by the police station affiliated with the above police station, and forged another’s signature and forged it to the above J, who is aware of such forgery.
