A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:05 on May 11, 2020, the Defendant driving a motor bicycle at approximately 625 meters away from the front day of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front day of the D restaurant in the same Gu C, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, E 124c GTS125 Oba.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, while driving in front of the D restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, on the road in front of the D restaurant, requested a police officer of the Ulsan District Police Agency F to find out his personal information and to speak about his personal information, and used H’s name and resident registration number to deny another person’s resident registration number by neglecting his/her name and resident registration number.

3. The Defendant signed a penalty payment notification stating the H’s personal information on the screen of a portable information terminal (PDA) on the front of the D restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as described in paragraph (1) on the road before the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), and signed it on the same page, and issued the forged signature to G police officers who knew of such forged fact.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.
