1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 14, 2020 to February 10, 2020, and thereafter.

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals is amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, and the exceeding part is dismissed.
