1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 300,000,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from January 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the interest rate shall be 15% per annum from January 9, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
