1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 492,416,438 and KRW 490,000 among them, from March 16, 2020 to April 16, 2020.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the last delivery of a copy of a complaint to the day of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
