A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1.3 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest352] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On January 1, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant was called from C to seek a psychotropic drug psychotropic-related psychotropic drug Mecopon (tentatively called 'copon', hereinafter referred to as 'copon'), and D intending to sell copon was on the front of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, and notified D Mecopon to purchase copon or hopon at the above place, and C her purchased copon 200,000 copon copon copon copon copon copher for a single use at the above place.

As such, the Defendant assisted the trade of philophones between C and D.

2. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 1:30,000 won in front of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; (b) C 200,000 won, and KRW 80,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, collected by G and the Defendant, respectively, from H; and (c) in collusion with C and G, sold phiphones.

3. In the Defendant’s car parked near F at the temporary border like Paragraph 2, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of the philophones purchased as above into the Defendant’s arms by inserting about 0.05g of the philophones purchased as above in a single-use injection, dilution with water, and injection about 0.05g of philophones at the same place after several hours thereafter in the same manner.

4. On February 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g of 0.1g of clopon from C within the Defendant’s car parked on the street near his own city near his own city, and purchased approximately 0.05g of copon at KRW 200,00,000, without delay, after inserting approximately 0.05g of copon into a single-use injection machine and dilution it with water, and traded and administered coponon into the Defendant’s arms.

5. On August 30, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05 gramphones from I to 100,000 won within the Defendant’s car parked on the street near Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint-dong, and immediately inserted it in a disposable injection machine and dilution it with water to the Defendant’s arms.
