A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the District Court on the Republic of Korea on January 25, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Prison on February 5, 2015.

[2015 Highest 609] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 23:30 on February 11, 2015, the Defendant received 0.25 gramphones by receiving approximately 0.25 gram of psychotropic drugs from E, namely, psychotropic drugs, from Dozine 802.

2. At around 00:10 on February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of the phiphones received at the foregoing place in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected the phiphones by injecting them with water; (c) immediately provided approximately 0.03g of the phiphones received from F with a single-use injection machine; and (d) provided the phiphones without compensation by inserting approximately 0.03g of the phiphones received from F.

3. On February 12, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant provided H in Dongducheon-si G with approximately 0.03g of philophones received as indicated in the foregoing 1.1. The Defendant provided philophones without compensation by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones received as indicated in the foregoing 1.

4. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant provided 0.07 gramphones to F with approximately 0.07 grams from among the rophones received as described in the foregoing 1.1. The Defendant injected rophones by inserting approximately 0.03 grams from among the rophones received as indicated in the foregoing 1.1. The Defendant injected rophones by inserting approximately 0.03 grams into a single rophone, dilution with water, and dilution with his arms.

5. At around 17:00 on February 18, 2015, the Defendant received philophones by receiving one-time injection tool containing approximately 0.72g of philophones from E and approximately 0.1g of philophones without compensation.

6. The suspect at around 18:30 on February 20, 2015, approximately 0.03g of the penphones received from F as above, and approximately 0.03g of the penphones received from F.
