A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public use places for sexual purposes) Defendant was placed in front of a toilet for “D” building located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on March 16, 2018, around 00:40, in front of the toilet for “D” in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and filed a lawsuit against Defendant,
