Punishment of the crime

around 19:30 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30, the fact in the “G” entertainment tavern operated by the victim FF on the 1st underground floor in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, was committed as if he would pay the alcohol value; (b) the Defendant ordered H, an employee of the place, to provide alcohol, alcohol, entertainment loan services, etc.

The Defendant, by deceiving H as above, obtained property and services equivalent to KRW 800,000 in total, including three disease (60,000), fruits (50,000), sugar land (50,000), female entertainment loan service (10,000), and acquired such property and services from H without paying the price.

around 12:00 on October 23, 2012, the Defendant ordered alcohol and food as if he had no intention or ability to pay the drinking value, etc. at the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International eate General e.g., J (Nam, 51 years of age).
