A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a university student belonging to B(hereinafter referred to as “B”).
1. On June 3, 2012, the Defendant violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act with 35 members affiliated with “B”; around 12:10 on June 3, 2012, the Defendant attempted to enter the Republic of Korea by gathering in front of the door door of the D Party located in the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and attempted to enter the police; (b) career and body fighting; (c) followed up heavy banners on the rooftop of the neighboring building; and (d) 30 kickets (50 cm for a political party outside of the half-registered value) in a state where the access road to the parking lot was occupied by 50 kickets (50 cm): The Defendant continued to voluntarily assemble an assembly by gathering “the realization of the anti-registered price” on the ground surface; (d) the date on which the head of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, who was authorized by the head of the police station at issue, requested the voluntary dispersion order on June 12, 2012; and (e) around 214:15 14:215 131.
As a result, the Defendant did not immediately dissolve despite the police's dispersion order.
2. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) and the Act on Assembly and Demonstration, argued that “the realization of anti-value registration” has been made during that period, and was participating in an assembly and demonstration held in Seoul, the Defendant was willing to hold an assembly on June 22, 2012, by using the fact that “the launch of citizen solidarity for economic democratization and re-election” in the second floor conference room of the National Assembly Secretariat at the National Assembly Secretariat at the National Assembly Secretariat at the National Assembly Secretariat at the National Assembly Secretariat at the same time, to hold an assembly.
