B shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are university students belonging to E organizations (hereinafter referred to as “E”).

1. On June 3, 2012, Defendant C violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act with 35 members affiliated with “E”, and around 12:10 on June 3, 2012, Defendant C attempted to enter the Republic of Korea in front of the front door of the party headquarters located in the building of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and attempted to enter the police, with career and body fighting. After blocking entry into the police, Defendant C 1 put a large banner on the front door of the neighboring building. Defendant C 1’s access road to the said parking lot was occupied by 30 kickets (50 x 50 m) and 50 kickets (50 m) and continued to comply with the order of dissolution on the ground floor: The date on which the head of the Si/Gun/Gu police station, who was authorized by the head of the Si/Gun/Gu police station, requested the voluntary dispersion order on the ground of the following 21:30 1:5 1:21:30 m.

As a result, Defendant C did not immediately dissolve even after the police ordered to dissolve.

2. On June 22, 2012, Defendants D, B, C, and A alleged violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) and violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act during that period, Defendants asserted “the realization of anti-value registration fee” and participated in an assembly and demonstration held in Seoul, which was held in the first floor of the National Assembly Secretariat, around June 22, 2012, were scheduled to hold “the launch of citizen solidarity for economic democratization and re-election” in the second floor of the National Assembly Secretariat, thereby going into the National Assembly Secretariat, and hold an assembly on a damp basis in front of the He Assembly room.
