Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below was just to reverse the first instance judgment on the facts charged of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and to render a not guilty verdict. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the obstruction

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
