The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below’s determination of conviction of the first instance on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to the obstruction of business among the facts charged of this case, and it is just to reverse the judgment of conviction of the first instance on the ground that it was not guilty, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the obstruction of business by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, without exhaust all necessary deliberations

Meanwhile, although the prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor does not state the grounds of objection against the petition of appeal or the reasoning of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
