A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant gets a bicycle on the new wall with C known to the Defendant while serving together at the gas station, and going back to the new wall, finished the business, and opens the door through the bend window in order to steals the goods, and in combination with C, enter a place where the windows are not corrected, from among restaurants closed after finishing the business;

On September 1, 2012, around 04:00, the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant considered the network on the front side of the said restaurant, and the Defendant, on the front side of the said restaurant, opened a window behind the restaurant and entered the restaurant into the restaurant, thereby cutting off KRW 20,100,000, in total, one part of the swine machine in which the market price was entered in the air conditioners, and KRW 2,100,00.

Around 01:00 on September 2, 2012, the victim H’s “I” restaurant operated in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu G was destroyed by taking away KRW 30,000,000, which was located in two molecular alcoholic beverages and 15,000 in the market price located in the air conditioners, after a restaurant and entering a restaurant together with C;

On September 2, 2012, around 02:01, the victim K in the second floor of the Young-gu J building in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si: (a) the Defendant reported the network from stairs; and (b) the Defendant: (c) took away KRW 20,000,000 from the case where the Defendant opened and opened a benda window behind the party gate and entered into the knife simplified safe; and (d) took them away from the stairs.

4. Around 02:00 on September 3, 2012, at the “O” restaurant for the operation of the victim N located in Young-gu, Young-si, Young-si, G, and C, with C, destroyed the locking device by means of cutting off the entrance knife in front and rear several times, and then, enter the said restaurant, thereby cutting down KRW 6,000,000, which was contained in the knife simplified safe.
