Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a restaurant in the name of "D" in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No one shall use additives which are chemical synthetic compounds not determined and supported by standards and specifications, and substances containing such chemical synthetic compounds as food additives, and no one shall sell foods containing food additives or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display foods for sale;
