Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

가. 피고인은 2008. 10. 11. 01:00경 대구 수성구 C 1층 주차장에 이르러 그곳에 주차되어 있던 피해자 D 소유의 E 엑센트 승용차의 차문을 열고 차안에 있던 피해자의 가방 안에 들어있던 자동차 보조열쇠를 이용하여 위 승용차를 운전하여 감으로써 시가 약 140만 원 상당의 위 승용차를 절취한 것을 비롯하여 위 승용차 안에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 30만 원 상당의 닌텐도 게임기 1대, 시가 20만 원 상당의 아이팟 1대, 시가 60만 원 상당의 루이비통 지갑 1개, 시가 120만 원 상당의 비비안웨스트우드 가방 1개, 우리은행 비자카드 1장, 코스트코 회원카드 1장를 가져가 절취하였다.

B. On June 4, 2012, at around 04:00, the Defendant opened a HL car set of the Victim G, which was parked near the Daegu Suwon-gu F, and stolen it with three cards, such as a four card: (a) the victim’s market price, approximately KRW 500,000,000, in the market price owned by the victim; (b) a smartphone with the market price of approximately KRW 900,000,000,000; (c) a one of the Internet bank passbooks; and (d) a one of the credit card with the market price of KRW 90,000,00,000.

C. On July 20, 2012, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a passenger car door at the victim I Jarvia, which was parked in the modern car sales agency located in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) cut off one passbook owned by the victim, which was located in the front right, and approximately KRW 50,000,000.

On July 21, 2012, the following day, at around 07:06, at the cash payment season established at the branch office of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Victims, Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) released and stolen the password of KRW 6 million in cash over six times in total, using the passwords stated on the back of the Agricultural Cooperative passbook, which was stolen, as above.

E. The Defendant, around 00:00 on August 13, 2012, was located in the Daegu Suwon-gu K apartment parking lot.
