Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 3787"
1. At around 22:20 on August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the door of Egallon vehicle in front of “D” located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, in an unresh manner; and (b) destroyed the vehicle with one cM gate in the back seat, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000, which is owned by the victim F, and one cM gate in the said victim’s name; and (c) one cM gate in the market price of KRW 300,000,000, which includes one resident registration certificate.
2. On August 13, 2015, at around 12:40, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the window on the right side of the Iknife vehicle owned by the victim H, which was parked on a road near the construction site of the G building in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) destroyed the rear seat of the Iknife vehicle, and entered the rear seat by an influoring method; and (c) stolen Samsung Northern Northern (SENS SF510) equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,00,000 at the rear seat.
3. On August 13, 2015, around 18:30, the Defendant opened a door that was parked on the front road of the Gyeongsung-dong, Daegu Suwon-dong, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was in the possession of the victim J; and (b) cut off with NA5 vehicle at the location of the said victim’s market value of KRW 200,000, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000; and (c) cut off with 1 set of modern department stores at the location of the said victim’s market value of KRW 50,000.
4. On August 13, 2015, at around 19:30, the Defendant opened a door that was parked on the road of “M” in the middle-gu L, Daegu-gu L, which was located on the front of the victim N, and cut off with one aftermashing one cigarette amounting to KRW 1 A, market price of KRW 10,000, and one 300,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000.
5. On August 13, 2015, the Defendant opened a door that was parked on the road in front of the “P” in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu L on August 13, 2015, and opened a door that was in front of the “P” vehicle in Q Q Q Q and used at that location, and the said victim’s market price is equivalent to KRW 200,000, cash.
