Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on June 17, 2014, and on December 22, 2017, the same court received a fine of KRW 5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol level of 0.184% under the influence of alcohol level of 0.184% from a 400-meter section around the B market in Seocheon-si to the front road in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

2. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, driving the said car without mandatory insurance at the place specified in the said paragraph (1).

On November 16, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on two or more occasions, driving a DNA car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.187% without a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the e-Road in the direction from the e-road in Bupyeong-si to the front road in the Seocheon-si, Busan, to the FK.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of a passenger car set forth in paragraph (1), operated the said passenger car without mandatory insurance at the date and place set forth in paragraph (1).

1. On March 29, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of noise measurement) driving a D Kaman car in the state of drinking on the road near Gagra in Seocheon-si around 21:37.
