A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 33 years of age) are geographical relationships.

On September 3, 2019, at around 09:10 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant saw the victim from the fifth floor “D” of the 5th floor of the Dacheon-si, Seocheon-si, as a toilet, to move on the victim’s left chest with his own hand, and she saw the victim into the victim’s resistance, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by force.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy for automobiles at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, operated the said vehicle as above.

On December 15, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Seoul Central District Court to a fine of KRW 1,000,000 for the same crime, and on July 13, 2017, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime.

At around 10:40 on November 19, 2019, the Defendant driven a F E220 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.104% in a section of about 500 meters from the G hotel in Bupyeong-si, Incheon to the first road located in the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On January 24, 2020, the Defendant 2020 out of 09:07, and around 09:07, at L restaurants operated by the victim K on the first floor of the J building in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, the quality of the equipment is good.
