Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three-year imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special rape) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on May 24, 2012, and is currently under the suspended sentence after the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 1,

On May 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though the seller of the above large-scale passenger vehicle was 90,000 won in full or in cash, and purchased one EfranxG car in the name of D General Construction Co., Ltd. under the name of D General Construction.

From early February 2015 to April 6, 2015, the Defendant used an illegal-use air defense event: (a) operated a franchise XG car with the number plate attached, as described in the foregoing paragraph (3), at the vicinity of the Pyeongtaek-gun rental floor of Gangwon-do and at the same military horizontal plane in the same military area as the above paragraph (3).
