A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

On September 25, 2013, the Defendant operated the vehicle ownership transfer registration without any justifiable reason despite having received C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

B. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received from the transferor of the E New F&P, which was registered as D’s owner in his name, the transfer registration of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even if the Defendant received from the transferor of the E New F&P, which was registered as D’s owner in the B/L-dong,

2. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed a front and rear number plate of the E New Franchison from a franchison parking lot located in the Jung-gu Taedong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si; and (b) attached the Cgner car to the C.

Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.

3. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant illegally used a car number plate from the Defendant’s residence in Ulsan-si, Jung-gu, Ulsan-si to the Hemotour in the racing-si, and exercised the car number plate by driving it.
