At the time of the instant tort, Plaintiff A’s assertion was made assault or intimidation to the Defendant to the extent that they could feel a threat to life, and thereafter, symptoms of depression, emotional disorder, and stress disorder were revealed. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for damages arising from the instant tort [the period of medical care (from July 23, 2012 to July 31, 2014)] KRW 59,552,709 (the period of medical care).
