1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. Around December 1974, V died and jointly succeeded to the property of W and its wife, the Plaintiffs and Defendant JJ, the former wife, jointly.
B. Defendant K, L, and M are the children of each Defendant J, and Defendant R is the wife of Defendant M, and Defendant N,O, T, S, and Q are the grandchildren of each Defendant J.
C. Defendant J completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in Articles 17 through 20 of the [Attachment List No. 17, which was owned by V on April 28, 1947 (hereinafter “real estate No. 1”). As to each real estate listed in Articles 21 through 25 of the [Attachment List No. 27, May 27, 1981 (hereinafter “the second real estate of this case”) 1/2 shares of the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094), each of the real estate listed in Articles 17 through 16 of the [Attachment List No. 1983, Dec. 7, 1983 (hereinafter “the third real estate of this case”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate under the former Act No. 3093, Dec. 23, 1971 (hereinafter “Special Measures Act No. 3094, Dec. 13, 1983).
At present, with respect to the shares stated in the “share” column in the separate sheet among the real estate Nos. 1 through 3 of this case, each registration of ownership transfer made for the Defendants as stated in the “title” column on the date indicated in the corresponding net order.

The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion is that each transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant J with respect to the real estate Nos. 1 through 3 of this case is null and void based on a false cause in light of the following circumstances.
