1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and Defendant B are the grandchildren of F, who died on October 17, 1980 and children of G, who died on October 10, 1988.
B. On March 21, 1981, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale (F) on March 5, 1972, with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) registered in F name pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094), and other real estate listed in the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “O land”).
Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale (F) on October 17, 1980 with respect to the land of this case, which was registered in F name under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502) on December 1, 1994.
Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 21, 1985 with respect to the land of this case, which was registered in G name under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502) on December 1, 1994 due to sale (purchase fromG).
Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 10, 1982 with respect to the land of this case, which was registered under G name on January 22, 2008 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500), due to donation (G) on February 10, 1982.
(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lands” in the total registration of ownership transfer completed with respect to each of the instant lands by Defendant B.
Defendant C donated the instant land No. 1 from Defendant B on April 17, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day.
Defendant D and E purchased 1/2 of each of the instant lands 9 and 10 from Defendant B on June 17, 2013 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 14, 2013.
