Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, under his own name, abused the name of C, who is an friendship with whom he is unable to obtain a credit card, had the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. issued a credit card from the victim Hyundai Card Co.
1. At around 15:00 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had, without authority, a credit card solicitor under his/her name enter F in his/her name column C and resident registration number column with the view to exercising his/her right within E store operated by the Defendant at Mapo-si, Namnam-si; and (b) had, without authority, enter the card solicitor in his/her name C and resident registration number column in his/her name and sign it.
For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for membership registration in C's name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
In other words, the Defendant submitted the above application to the credit card recruiter who was unaware of the charge of forgery and exercised it as if it were duly formed.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, place, as described in paragraph (1), submitted an application for membership of the Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., prepared as above, deceivings an employee under the name of the Defendant’s Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., and was issued one copy of the Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. on May 28, 2013.
3. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant settled the gas price using the said modern card by filling the gas in the IA charging station operated by the victims of the victim’s name in the H on May 29, 2013.
However, in fact, the above modern cards have no authority to use them by deceiving them as above.
In other words, the Defendant, from November 9, 201, received gas equivalent to KRW 55,503 from the victim, and from that time, was added to the above 65 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, from November 9, 2013.
