Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to engage in credit business in violation of the Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Financial Users Act shall register the relevant place of business with the Mayor/Do governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, and if unregistered credit service providers grant a loan, the interest rate shall not exceed 30 percent

The Defendant, without registering credit business, lent KRW 90 million to E at the D office located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu on March 15, 2012, and deducted KRW 9 million from the prior interest to the agricultural bank account in the name of E, as described in the attached list of crimes, lent a loan over 8 times in total, and received interest exceeding 30 percent per annum from among those 1 to 6 times a year.
