Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is in violation of the Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Financial Users;

Any person who intends to engage in credit business or loan brokerage business shall register with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Do Governor or Special Self-Governing Province Governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, and where any unregistered credit service provider lends a loan, the interest rate shall not exceed 30

The defendant does not register with the competent authorities.

Accordingly, the Defendant is running unregistered credit business and received interest exceeding the interest rate limit from D, the debtor.

2. Any debt collector who violates the Fair Collection of Claims Act shall be prohibited from performing the act of seriously impairing privacy or peace in business by repeatedly or at night, without any justifiable reasons, by inducing fear or apprehensions by sending words, letters, sound, images, or goods to the debtor or his/her related persons;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On July 201, 201, at the first place of the police officer, the victim D, the debtor, by telephone, of “one bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and “I will sell it to the island without having repaid the money.”

B. On February 2012, 2012, the first police officer called the victim D, who is the debtor, by telephone, at a place where the debtor was not a police officer, until the victim D, who was the debtor, opened to the call and opened up before the house.
