A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has served as the president of the F English Institute in the third floor of the building in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and the victim G (Inn, Nov. 1, 2001, and 14 years old) is a private teaching institute in the English language.

1. At around 21:00 on April 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was in the lecture room at the pertinent private teaching institute; (b) on the right side of the victim’s seat where the victim had a defect in asking questions about English issues, and explained the problem pool to the right side of the victim; (c) was pushed the victim’s body close to the victim’s body by his/her intention to commit an indecent act; (d) turned the Defendant’s arms over the Defendant’s left shoulder on the part of the victim’s left shoulder; and (e) was cut off to the chest of the damaged person; and (e) was cut to the victim’s left chest by the Defendant’s hand.

2. At around 21:50 on April 22, 2016, the Defendant returned home in the lecture room at the above private teaching institute. At around the end of the class, the Defendant returned home in the English language language of the victim at the time of the completion of the class. At the end of the class, the Defendant: (a) sent back the victim’s body by his intention to commit an indecent act while explaining the victim’s door law to the right side of the left side of the victim; (b) cut off the Defendant’s arms toward the Defendant’s chest on the upper left side of the victim’s hand; (c) cut off the Defendant’s arms to the victim’s chest; and (d) cut off the victim’s upper part of the victim’s body with his hand over the right side of the victim; and (d) cut off the victim’s rear part of the victim’s hand.

The defendant continued to have completed the class of a private teaching institute on the passage of the above private teaching institute, and reported the victim's right to return home before the elevator outside of the private teaching institute, and the victim's back to the victim's end.

Accordingly, the defendant committed two indecent acts against the juvenile victim.
