Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who leased the 1,478 square meters prior to Kimcheon-si, an agricultural promotion area, around September 12, 2010.

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, without such permission, the Defendant diverted the said farmland for the illegal creation of the site on the water surface and for the illegal and open use of the water surface, by installing fences on the above farmland 1,478 square meters from the early October 2010 to November 15, 2014.
