Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on April 14, 2011, the Defendant leased farmland, the land category of which is 1,015 square meters in Gangseo-si from C, and the area of which is 1,015 square meters, and without obtaining such permission, the same year.
