Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of two million won for the obstruction of performance of official duties by interference with business, by the Daejeon District Court, on June 12, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 12, 2013. On November 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the same court on April 1, 2014.

1.
